Call dispatch (866) 883-6136

01 On the road

We haul it or we place it. You always know which.

Both authorities. One call. One desk that answers.

02 At the gate

The role is named before the wheels turn.

Carrier or broker, in writing on the rate confirmation, every single shipment.

ASE North Logistics

Freight moved across all 48 states, by a company that tells you whose truck it is on.

ASE North Logistics is a Miami based motor carrier and freight broker. We move full truckload, LTL, refrigerated, open deck and box truck freight for manufacturers, distributors, produce shippers and retailers, anywhere in the continental United States. We hold both authorities, so one call covers freight that runs on our own equipment and freight we place with carriers we have vetted ourselves. Which of the two you are getting is named in writing before the wheels turn.

Where we run

North America, both directions

All forty eight states, plus the Canadian and Mexican corridors that carry cross-border freight. Every main lane runs both ways for us, so a load west is not a favour we do between backhauls. Yellow shows outbound movement, white shows inbound. If your lane is not drawn here, ask: it is almost certainly still one we cover.

North America coverage

Coast to coast across the continental United States, north into Canada and south into Mexico. Main corridors: I-95, I-75, I-85 and I-4 in the East; I-10, I-20, I-40 and I-70 across the country; I-35, I-45, I-55, I-65 and I-25 through the middle; I-5, I-15, I-80, I-90 and I-94 in the West and North. Cross-border: Highway 1 through Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto and Montreal; I-29 and I-87 to the Canadian border; Mexico 85 from Laredo to Monterrey and Mexico City, and Mexico 15 up the Pacific side to Tijuana. Traffic runs both ways on every one of them.

Outbound Inbound

Freight brokerage

When it is not our truck, it is a carrier we have already checked.

Roughly half of what we move goes on somebody else's equipment. That is brokerage, it is a licensed activity, and ours runs under broker authority MC-1765366 on the same USDOT as our fleet. Here is what that actually buys you.

Capacity beyond one fleet

Our own trucks have a home base and a range. Our broker authority does not, which is how a Miami company covers a lane between Seattle and Denver without pretending to have a terminal in either.

How we source a truck

Carriers vetted before they touch your freight

Active authority, a current certificate of insurance at our limits, and licensing on file, all re-checked at the point we tender the load rather than once at signup. Ask and we will send you the file for the carrier under your shipment.

What we hold on file

No double brokering, in either direction

We do not take freight from another broker and pass it along, and we do not hand ours to a second broker. It is how loads go missing and how shippers pay twice. A carrier caught doing it comes off the list for good.

How our brokerage works

Need capacity we do not own?

Send the lane either way. Part of the job is telling you honestly whether your freight belongs on our equipment or somebody else's.

The difference

Most companies you are looking at hold one authority. We hold both.

That is on the federal record and you can verify it in about ten seconds. Here is what it actually means once your freight is on the road.

Carrier authority

When we haul it

The load moves on ASE North equipment under our own motor carrier authority. We are the carrier of record, the liability sits with us, and you are talking to the same people who control the truck.

  • Carrier of record: ASE North LLC
  • No handoff between companies
  • Direct contact with the driver on duty
Broker authority

When we place it

We act as your broker and place the load with a carrier we have vetted through a written process. You get the carrier name, their MC number and their insurance before the truck arrives, not after.

  • Carrier identified before pickup
  • Authority and insurance checked every time
  • We never re-broker a load we have accepted

The record

Judge us on four things

Whether the truck showed up. Whether the load arrived in the condition it left in. Whether you heard from us before you had to ask. And whether the invoice matched the quote.
